Data Visualizer Products Analytics

Description

To execute overall analytic activities related to the Commercial Segment (Mobile, Enterprise and XLHOME) in order to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance, becoming an objective and independent decision-making partner of each segment owner 

Job Accountabilities : 

  1. Give insights to help segment owners define new revenue-generating opportunities 
  2. Provide root-cause analysis whenever there is an indication of underperforming business trends, provide recommendation on how to react
  3. Provide analytics support to any business unit within XL that requires advanced analytics within the Mass Market segment (e.g. subscriber data mart for self-service analytics for CVM, channels, and other units)
  4. Work together with across Analytics unit in order to ensure that Segment requirements will be captured by new technical developments / data foundations 
  5. Develop report and analytical dashboard in order to support insight needs under any constraint (e.g. churn, segment analytics etc.)  
  6. Develop Customer behavior, Customer Profile, and Customer Segmentation
  7. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
