Job Description & Summary: Seeking a best-in-class Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly in Java and ReactJS, and have a keen interest in building scalable, resilient, and innovative software solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Proficiency in Java (8 and above), Spring Boot, and Java microservices development. 

• Strong experience with React JS, JavaScript, Styled Components, Typescript, Redux, . 

• Expertise in building RESTful APIs, integrating third-party APIs, and working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL. 

• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git). 

• Strong understanding of microservices and microfrontend architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. 

• Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms. 

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices. 

• Experience leading full-stack Java development teams and building Machine Learning applications. 

• Knowledge of NoSQL/Big Data Stores (e.g., Cassandra, Elastic Search, Hadoop). 

• Experience with streaming/aggregation frameworks (e.g., Storm, Spark). 

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment. 

• Experience in Retail/e-Commerce industry is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders. 

Mandatory skill sets:
