*Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Visioning
o Develop and communicate an enterprise architecture vision and strategy that aligns with government client’s missions, objectives, and compliance requirements.
o Collaborate with client leadership to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective IT solutions.
o Define and maintain the architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring it supports the strategic objectives of the organization.
· Technology and Innovation Leadership:
o Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
o Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in the use of technology to enhance client operations.
· Architecture Design and Governance:
o Design comprehensive architectural frameworks, reference models, standards and blueprints that ensure system interoperability, scalability, and security
o Establish and implement architecture governance and operating model framework, processes, support in operationalizing EA practice, establishing architecture governance compliance review processes
o Champion architecture initiatives, ensure compliance with government policies, standards, regulations, data protection laws, and industry best practices and build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
· Stakeholder Engagement and Industry-Specific Expertise:
o Act as a trusted advisor to government clients. Collaborate with client’s key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaderships, to provide sector specific insights, provide strategic guidance in architecture decision-making
o Leverage industry experience in the government / public sector to address unique challenges, risks, policy and regulatory requirements, security protocols associated with government operations
