Position Overview
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.


Our company’s Business Insights and Analytics group within the AP-HHDDA organization is seeking an intern to assist with a project focused on improving sales strategies and territory management. The intern will analyze various data sources to understand competitor behaviors and assess the effectiveness of our engagement with key customers. The goal is to identify opportunities for growth and improve the quality of our customer interactions. This project will provide valuable insights that will help drive business success and optimize our approach to market engagement.

Learning opportunities for the prospective intern are:

  • Analyzing Competitor Behaviors: Gain experience competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and purchasing behaviors.

  • Assessing Engagement Quality: Evaluate the quality of engagement with HCPs to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer interactions.

  • Utilizing Data Sources: Work with various data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Salesforce to gather and analyze relevant information.

  • Identifying Growth Opportunities: Conduct analyses to identify high-potential customer segments and explore new business avenues.

  • Improving Targeting Precision: Refine the focus on targeted HCPs to increase conversion rates and ensure efforts yield the highest return.
     

We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Education:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degree
  • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor’s degree 


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for 12 weeks starting May 2025
  • Proven analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process 
  • technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiences
  • Innovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-taking
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively.


Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI / Qlik / Spotfire or other BI technologies
  • Experience and knowledge in ETL process, data modeling techniques, and platforms (Alteryx, Informatica, Dataiku, etc.)
  • Experience working with Database technologies (Redshift, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.) & data processing languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
