ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Source Strategy Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA!
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research, analyze, nominate and coordinate imagery requirements for collection, dissemination and exploitation for geospatial and intelligence needs

  • Conduct analysis and research to include, but not limited to, imagery performance analysis, source management collection optimization, and report production utilizing various software tools

  • Expertise in requirement management, performance and collection management, as well as familiarization with processes utilized in tasking other intelligence disciplines

  • Executes the Integrated GEOINT Strategy Development, requirements management and Operations.

  • Integrates Multi-Source and Multi-INT capabilities into source strategies.

  • Submits GEOINT collection requests to ensure consistency with established priorities.

  • Promotes efficient and effective collection strategies.

  • Works with source Data Providers to build and execute effective collection plans.

  • Ensures timely delivery of GEOINT data to consumers

  • Be able to use the tasking tools for special view collection, Ad hoc collection tasking and understand how to improve collection systems usability/interpretability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of GEOINT experience.

  • GEOINT Education/Training in lieu of experience:

    • Associate’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.

    • Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.

    • Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years.

    • PhD can be substituted for 3 years.

    • Professional certifications can account for 0.5 years.

  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to support a multitude of intelligence issues

  • Experience utilizing advanced programming techniques, using the following: HTML 5/Javascript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArelMS, SPSS, SAS

  • Experience Customizing ArcGIS templates, Manage ArcGIS Portals, and Customize ESRI StoryMap Templates.

  • Experience providing stewardship of web pages and develop web-based methodologies for intelligence product reporting and dissemination.

  • Experience assisting in the generation of the full range of geospatial intelligence products and presentations using a suite of professional graphic production and publishing software

  • Knowledge of regional issues and/or experience with mobility and logistical network analysis.

Desired Qualifications

  • 10 years of GEOINT Experience

  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
