What is this position about?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with proven experience in designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications. You will be working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven products.
Lead the development and implementation of RAG applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high performance.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define AI-driven product features and solutions.
Design and maintain AI models, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing architectures.
Guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and best practices.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of AI components into the overall system.
Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency on GCP.
Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning research, methodologies, and tools.
Proven experience as a Senior AI Engineer, with a strong track record of designing and deploying RAG applications.
Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of AI frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain, etc.).
Extensive experience with GCP, particularly AI and machine learning services.
Solid understanding of AI model deployment, optimization, and integration into production systems.
Experience mentoring a team of engineers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex environments with minimal formal procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Experience with large-scale AI systems and data pipelines.
A background in natural language processing (NLP) or information retrieval.
