Job Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the delivery of high-quality ETL, data-driven solutions and services. The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet or exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and a passion for quality assurance in data-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance
• Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in testing ETL, Data Pipelines and Data driven solutions
• Should have expertise in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of data management and data quality best practices
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Robot Framework is a plus
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
