HR Data Management Analyst - People Services Center

Job Description

This position is expected to work in a hybrid modality, 3x a week in GM's office in São Caetano do Sul, SP.

Role Overview: The Global Data Management Partner – People Services Center plays a critical role in managing HR data operations, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement. This role oversees the day-to-day coordination of data processing tasks, supports transactional teams, and ensures process documentation is current and effective. By transforming data into actionable insights, the partner enables informed decision-making and acts as a strategic advisor to HR and business stakeholders. The position also fosters collaboration with global teams to streamline processes, optimize performance, and enhance the overall employee services experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Processing Tasks Management

  • Manage HR data processing tasks (benefits) and ensure proper distribution of cases to the transactional team, providing support and guidance.

  • Organize cases dispatching and track progress to ensure adherence to established SLAs.

  • Monitor volumes and peaks, prioritizing workload according to business needs, and escalate delays or blockers when needed.

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure integrity and compliance in HR systems.

  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.

  • Partner with global teams (SDE & BTE) to streamline data processes and reduce manual work.

  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation and standardization (e.g., Power BI dashboards, Excel macros, KNIME, PowerApps, etc.).

End-to-End Process Management & Strategic Consultancy:

  • Ensure process documentation remains accurate and up to date, including process flows, RASIC matrices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Serve as the go-to expert for stakeholders within the People Services Center, offering guidance on process execution and best practices.

  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights for HR, leadership, and key stakeholders.

  • Act as a strategic partner by leveraging data to support informed decision-making and drive continuous alignment with business goals.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel;

  • Advanced English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Desirable:

  • Experience in HR Shared Services environments;

  • Knowledge of data visualization and automation tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, PowerApps, etc.);

  • Experience in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
