As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum impact. In your daily operations You shall act as a link between Regulatory and adjacent departments, with key focus on packaging engineering and packaging manufacturing functions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage internal resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that every project is a success story at the Regulatory department. More than just managing timelines, this role is about leadership, communication, transparency, strategic thinking, and finding innovative and win-win solutions to complex challenges. The position is a crucial enabler for the department to optimize internal activities and workflows, but also to manage and support global projects that impacts our department.
Responsibilities
- Lead Internal Projects from Concept to Completion: Own the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition to execution, delivery, change management and post-project analysis.
- Managing External Projects Impacting Regulatory: Working closely with adjacent departments, such as printing, leaflet manufacturing, IT and other departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related activities, keeping colleagues, team members, and leadership informed with clear and consistent updates.
- Stakeholder management: Ensure that key stakeholders are involved early on, coordinated well, and that deliverables are collected in time and in line with expectations. Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience
- Plan and Execute: Develop detailed project plans, identify key milestones, allocate resources effectively, and ensure teams stay on track.
- Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and create mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth execution even when challenges arise and squeezed timelines.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with departments like packaging engineering, production, sales, product development, IT, in-house printing and box manufacturing, regulatory.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with QA and authority requirements while the business goals are achieved.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Post-project, analyze what went well and what can be improved, fostering a culture of constant learning and improvement.
- Execute other role duties as assigned

Regulatory Department: 100+ colleagues including Danish and Dutch colleagues in Budapest (HU), Copenhagen (DK), Alkmaar (NL).
About You, our new colleague
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, with PMP or other relevant certifications considered a plus.
- Strong Hungarian and English verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally across multiple departments, with 5+ years of experience and proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience with either regulatory affairs or packaging engineering / packaging manufacturing technologies
- Advantages: Background or experience in Pharma Industry

- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams/colleagues, even under tight deadlines, overloaded stakeholders or during unforeseen challenges.
- Problem Solver: Solution oriented mindset with a knack for resolving conflicts and finding solutions to complex project roadblocks.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Thrive in managing timelines and resources, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced use of MS Office products especially Powerpoint and Excel. Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is highly preferred, just as the use of AI tools like Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot.
- Change management: Deep understanding and experience in professionally managing change from preparation until post analysis. This includes the preparation of training materials and step by step working instructions ensuring that all colleagues are properly trained.
- Strong administrative skills
- Advantage – LEAN management: Basic understanding and experience with LEAN management
