Why you, why now?

At Coverflex, we’re scaling our content systems to power dozens of initiatives across web, SEO, video, lifecycle marketing, internal tools, and international markets. We’re seeking structure, automation, scalability, and creativity baked into our content layer.

That’s where you come in.

We're hiring our first Content Engineer to build the foundation for scalable, high-performance content across the company. You’ll work across teams (from content and brand to growth, product, and engineering) and across markets (for now, Italy, Spain and Portugal) to create the systems and tools that turn great inputs into high-performing content in multiple formats.

You’ll help Coverflex take a leap forward: enabling faster publishing, improving SEO, unlocking localised content, and building the AI-enabled architecture that allows content to scale alongside our ambitions.

About You

  • You have experience creating and managing highly-performing content as a content marketer, SEO professional or similar role, with demonstrable skills in designing scalable content systems powered by AI.
  • You’re fully fluent in English.
  • You have experience crafting AI prompts and integrating gen AI tools into content workflows.
  • You’re fully SEO proficient, from technical optimisation to internal linking to best-in-class content practices.
  • You are fully proficient in content performance tracking and optimisation, showcasing complete ease with tools such as Dreamdata, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar.
  • You have experience with diverse automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, AirOps or similar, and CMS platforms such as Webflow or similar.
  • You have great video marketing skills, from creation to repurposing and distribution for maximum impact.
  • You can demonstrate data-backed success stories in content strategy and engineering.
  • You are a strong communicator with good writing and content editing skills.
  • You thrive in experimentation and discovery, with a demonstrable focus on testing out and adopting new tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.
  • You are highly organised and disciplined, with the ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities with agility, if and when necessary.
  • You are curious, humble, open-minded and empathetic, willing to work with multiple stakeholders in an effective way.

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Own our scalable content strategy global playbook from creation to repurposing and effective distribution, in order to increase organic traffic, lead generation and business revenue.
  • Own and manage our AI-driven content system, alongside our Growth Engineer.
  • Own all SEO best practices, from keyword research to brief creation to content editing to internal linking to technical optimization and programmatic page creation.
  • Create AI-enabled local content refresh and repurposing strategies with our local content owners and the respective global playbooks.
  • Create and develop our video content strategy, from human creation to AI-driven repurposing and experimentation.
  • Create and maintain a content data pipeline alongside our internal Data team in order to feed in-depth insights to our global content strategy.
  • Own the identification and constant experimentation of new AI platforms and content-driven tools.
  • Craft and iterate AI prompts and integrate gen AI onto our content workflows across several formats.
  • Constantly iterate our AI-driven content system to improve output quality, ensuring human involvement at key phases.
  • Create impactful global content campaigns that generate brand awareness and visibility across channels, in coordination with our Brand team.
  • Implement and constantly refine tracking of content performance using our existing analytics tools (Dreamdata, Google Search Console, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and others you bring to the table.
  • Be a thought leadership owner in the fields of content and AI in Marketing, showcasing wins and reflections and positioning Coverflex as a reference in content engineering and AI adoption in content.
  • Be at the intersection of Marketing with Product, Sales and Customer Success to engineer content that serves actual users and use cases.

Salary range

This role has a total company cost between €50,000 and €65,000, plus benefits and other perks (you’ll find more details below). Please note that this refers to the total cost to the company, not the gross salary. The exact gross amount depends on your experience and the country you’re based in, which is why we’re not able to define a fixed gross salary range.
