The Digital Experience team is the leader of human centric interaction points in Tech@Aramark, uncovering impactful insights and transforming Aramark’s end users experience. Using leading-edge technology and analytics, Digital Experience synthesizes operational and consumer data to optimize strategies that enhance the end user’s experience and blaze a trail for innovation. Through continuous expansion of analytical capabilities and a comprehensive method of understanding the industry at large, the Digital Experience team harnesses the power of data as the most strategic asset in maximizing value for consumers, operators, and businesses alike.
As a Workflow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing workflows that streamline operator processes and actions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including enterprise applications teams, external platform partners, and operators, to ensure workflows are built according to design specifications. This role involves translating business requirements into technical design diagrams, building workflows in various systems, testing, and deploying them.
Workflow Design & Automation:
Design and implement robust standard and custom AI workflows covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Automate repetitive tasks in the AI lifecycle to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.
Develop and maintain seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Collaboration & Integration:
Collaborate with service owners, business leaders, and project managers to understand workflow requirements and challenges.
Integrate workflows with data pipelines, cloud platforms, and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate between different teams to ensure alignment and consistency in deployment practices.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Identify bottlenecks in the workflow and implement solutions to enhance performance.
Documentation & Compliance:
Document workflow processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across team members.
Ensure workflows comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices for security and data privacy.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and workflow automation.
Proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows and explore new methodologies.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
Technical Background: Engineering background, preferably in programming, with strong programming and debugging skills in JavaScript. Proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs; Java and Python are a plus.
Product Management: Proven experience in managing and delivering products for mid to large-scale organizations using internal, vendor, and third-party resources.
Process & Operations: In-depth understanding of process development, operations, procurement, testing, systems deployment, and ongoing support.
Client & Vendor Management: Ability to manage client expectations, communications, external vendors, and product deliverables.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts in business language and vice versa.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Creative, innovative, and skilled in solution design. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of security standards (e.g., OAuth, JWT), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), data engineering practices, and ETL pipelines. Familiarity with ITSM solutions, ticketing, knowledge base management, and ServiceNow platform is a plus.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with generative AI, large language models, conversational AI, automation, and workflow tools is preferred
