As a Senior Solution and System Architect in Autonomous Networks, you will play a key role in shaping innovative software solutions across performance management, fault management, data management, and AI/ML—aligning closely with customer needs and strategic goals. This role calls for a seasoned architect with deep expertise in assurance and evaluation, capable of designing and delivering end-to-end solutions. You will define system specifications, design input/output processes, and ensure the success of integrated architectures that drive the evolution towards autonomous networks.
- Front-end the design and deployment of scalable assurance and analytics solutions across telecom and enterprise environments.
- Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable business requirements for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Architect real-time dashboards and advanced event evaluation to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects—from data preparation through to model deployment.
- Guide and engage with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality and timely solution delivery.
- Engage directly with customers in pre-sales activities, including solution discussions and proof-of-concept development.
- Work with global teams to align and review initiatives with business goals while driving innovation through emerging AI and data science technologies.
You have :
- 15 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data science, and analytics with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Deep expertise in AI, ML, Python, and dashboard development tools.
- Familiarity with the telecom networks, systems, and analytics use cases.
- Demonstrated experience guiding analytics teams and managing the project lifecycle.
- Hands-on experiences in designing and building assurance and analytics solutions.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Experience with big data technologies and MLOps practices.
- Exposure to SaaS-based analytics delivery and customer success initiatives.
