Data Integration Specialist

What does a successful Data Integration Specialist do at Fiserv?

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will serve as a technical advisor for integration projects, working directly with developers on Tokenization and Encryption projects. You will be responsible in providing advanced troubleshooting and analysis, they support merchants and vendors through testing in multiple environments. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, the analyst ensures successful tokenization or encryption on various devices or systems. Your main focus will be to maintain familiarity with existing and new products by participating in product release discussions to understand functionalities.

What you will do:

  • Manage client implementations and conversions for large and technical custom implementations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute implementation/conversion project plans, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
  • Partner with internal Fiserv teams on client entablements and conversions to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
  • Gather client requirements for software development to support implementation/conversion.

What you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business highly preferred, or an equivalent   combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions.
  • 4+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and analysis for technical solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with developers on integration projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
  • Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience with Fiserv’s TransArmor software.
  • Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding tools.
  • Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans.
  • Experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
