Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead and execute our data strategy and initiatives with a specific focus on Contact Operation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in data analytics, business understanding, and data management. This role will be critical in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming data into actionable insights for business owners, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Source Identification: Identify suitable data sources, perform initial data quality checks, and prioritize requirements.
  • Understanding Business Context: Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive business impact 
  • Data Visualization and Storytelling: Recommend and utilize appropriate visualization tools, generate graphical representations, and present data stories that clearly communicate insights to business leaders.
  • Actionable Insights: Transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization, with a specific focus on Contact and Operation Excellence.
  • Exploratory Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques, conduct experiments, and guide junior members in data tools.
  • Data Quality Management: Develop data quality strategies, implement Data Quality Management (DQM) procedures, and lead data quality initiatives.
  • People Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing data analytics team through effective mentoring, training, and performance management. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with 3 years’ supervising experience.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
    • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
    • Strong understanding of data management and governance. 
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
