You will be part of the high-profile Quality Assurance Regulatory Transaction Reporting C&A team. This team is integral to the Regulatory Transaction Reporting group, based in Krakow and Wroclaw, and collaborates closely with teams in London and Zurich. You will have significant exposure to other global RTR teams as well as client-focused teams.

We are looking for someone like that who can:
• Easily analyze various EMIR regulatory requirements and follow transaction flows to confirm their behavior aligns with the reporting regime, prioritizing low-hanging fruit for immediate gains.
• Conduct deep dive reviews into existing reporting rules to understand the root cause of regulatory breaches, making risk-based decisions to address material issues.
• Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and ensure those requirements are followed in your team's processes, aiming for the target state of compliance.
• Analyze, suggest, and execute improvements for existing testing methodologies, including process optimization and automation to eliminate manual work and enhance productivity.
• Define new test scenarios based on updated regulatory requirements, ensuring they yield results and improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication of regulatory risk, enabling effective operational risk management and supporting business growth.
