This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technology Audit and is based at Prague, Czech Republic, Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Bogota, Colombia.

What you will do 

The Data & Analytics Senior Auditor is responsible for enabling the digital capabilities within the audit (GA&A) function and driving adoption of the digital strategy.  This individual will play a vital role in upskilling the audit team, digitizing the audit process, and leveraging technical capabilities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit function:

Key Responsibilities

·    Define and implement GA&A’s digital strategy focusing on data and automation

·    Implement, manage, and maintain the digital audit software used to document audit workpapers and track/report audit results for the department.  Support the implementation and maintenance of other digital solutions used to deploy and manage the audit function.

·    Interact directly with the department’s auditors and business process owners to design and implement data analytics and other automation solutions to support upcoming audits

·    Drive digital upskilling of the audit function

·    Embed data analytics in the audit process and support the design and execution of ad hoc analytics throughout the audit lifecycle

·    Leverage technical capabilities to automate manual and/or time intensive processes within audit

·    Support the integration of GenAI within audit processes

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field

·    Minimum of 2 years of working experience in audit, data analytics, automation, computer science, internal controls, consulting, financial analytics, or risk management fields 

·    Technical expertise and previous hands-on experience with any of the following software tools: Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.); Data query/automation tools (e.g., SQL, KNIME, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.); Data mining and predictive tools (e.g., Python, R, etc.)

·    Effective project management skills, including personal time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·    Ability to work collaboratively with a team to execute actions and deliver results  

·    Self-starter who demonstrates leadership and ability to action feedback and continuously improve

·    Strong quantitative, analytical, or statistical skills 

·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills 

·    Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both internal and external customers

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Knowledge of Accounting (GAAP) and related policies and procedures such as Sarbanes Oxley – 404, AICPA and PCAOB audit standards and requirements, 

·    Experience in consumer healthcare and/or consumer packaged goods industry

·    Relevant professional certifications CPA, CA, CFE, CISA, CISM

·    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
