Your responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate and be responsible for the Product planning and co-ordination of complex and multicultural teams.
- Align incremental planning to longer term roadmap and product’s goals both internally and externally to the team.
- Work with the Change Manager to support and ensure successful adoption, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration of change management strategies and plans.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders (technical and business, including Platform Team, Data Team, Cyber and Architecture members) to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product increments. You’ll also engage with them to gain their support and commitment for change initiatives.
- Work with the Business Analyst to develop and design business scenarios and use cases. Those will create product’s backlog which you’ll manage and prioritise, to deliver as first the most valuable requirements. That will be possible by working with Product team to meet Reckitt's best practices including security, architecture, GxP compliance and Agile WoW.
- Create and monitor of KPIs / value metrics to assure that aligned savings and agreed expectations are met.
- Drive team and stakeholders to achieve continuous improvements with support of regular product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, service performance metrics, etc.
- Act as primary communicator and link between all stakeholders (program lead, customers, end users, business community, platform team, team supporting GxP, development team, system and/or solution architects, and CIO office) and the product, working with these individuals to align product goals with business objectives and the enterprise architecture strategy.
- Coach team members (e.g., Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI experts, Business Analyst) to focus on business value by delivering product increments in a flexible work environment.
- Coordinate with other Product Managers and Product Line Managers across Reckitt on product dependencies.
- Oversee relationships with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services.
- Co-lead working sessions with users and collect user feedback.
The experience we're looking for

- 3+ years’ experience in IT & Digital leadership role.
- 3+ years' experience in a complex IT programme and / or portfolio environment.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner who led cross-functional, diverse teams to achieve results.
- Experience using Kanban.
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile framework, both implementing and delivery.
- Degree qualification in science or IT subject, or life science background or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the AI product/software delivery lifecycle.
- Being up to date with the latest market trends and how they translate into AI product opportunities and challenges.
- Understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques specific to AI products.
- Knowledge about AI product performance measures and metrics, including model accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant KPIs.
- Knowledge in AI technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into product development pipelines.
- Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls.
- Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques.
