Collect, analyse, report, and interpret data for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results. OML Roles mapped to this profile are: People Data & Analytics Practitioner.

Responsibilities

Data Exploration & Manipulation

Work independently to collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights and perfom basic data manipulation and desrcitpive data analysis.

Advanced Analytics

Support interpretation of advanced analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities.

Performance Improvement through Business Intelligence

Use problem solving skills to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics operations.

Insights and Reporting

Extract and combine data to generate standard reports to help answer business questions.

Data Architecture

Maintain a data recording process/system, performing functions such as data archiving and updating.

Data Collection and Analysis

Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant industry best practices and broaden individual skills through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
