Job Summary

As a Business Analyst in Connect to Resolve (C2R), you will focus on delivering value to Sanofi Business Operations through defining tool/platform strategy, managing complex stakeholder relationships, leading projects, and ensuring the utilization of design best practices. You'll play a key role in enhancing our service management solutions and driving customer centricity.

Our team

This position is part of Connect to Resolve (C2R), a transversal organization within Sanofi Business Operations. C2R focuses on seamlessly connecting Sanofi employees and third parties with support teams to resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience. You'll join a collaborative team of Business Analysts, Solution Leads, and Project Managers.

Main responsibilities

  • Define tool/platform strategy in collaboration with DIGITAL teams, aligned with Process leads and service teams for solutions including
    • Chat Bot / AI/GenAI solutions (IBM Watson, GPT solutions)
    • Service Management solutions (ServiceNow HRSD module, Telephony Call Center solutions)
    • Reporting solutions (Snowflake, PowerBI, Survey tools like Qualtrics)
  • Take accountability for tool/platform lifecycle and performance
  • Lead or contribute to projects
  • Guide teams on appropriate solutions/features and support implementation
  • Ensure design best practices are followed in every sprint/delivery
  • Interact with third-party vendors to coordinate project activities
  • Coordinate with team members to drive project completion and add business value
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across organizational boundaries
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies that could benefit the organization
  • Establish and maintain business analysis standards and methodologies
  • Lead strategic initiatives requiring complex analysis and organizational transformation

About you

Experience

  • Business Organization experience with focus on delivery
  • Engineer/Architect/Consultant background with successful implementations of AI/GenAI, Service Management solutions and Reporting solutions

Soft Skills

  • Well organized: ability to structure, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with ability to present at different organizational levels
  • Hands-on approach
  • Effective business partnering and customer relations management
  • Strategic thinking

Technical Skills

  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Advanced in one or more of the following
    • ServiceNow HR module
    • Snowflake and PowerBI
    • AI and GenAI tools
  • Advanced in Project management methodologies
  • Advanced in-Service Management principles/frameworks
  • Advanced in Data privacy principles
  • Advanced in Business Cases definition
  • Basic knowledge in LEAN, Design Thinking, and Continuous Improvement frameworks
  • Basic knowledge in Data and process modelling

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Languages

  • Fluency in English
