Manager, Data Management

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our Content team. In this role, you will implement the roadmap established for the development of our digital asset database. Your work will ensure that our platform’s asset data—including tokens, coins, and other digital assets—is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date. You will be responsible for listing new assets and updating existing ones by conducting detailed research and populating data fields ranging from basic information such as website, logo, and name, to more technical details like consensus algorithm, contracts, supplies, locked funds, and circulating supply. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an advanced understanding of blockchain and digital assets, who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data Research & Verification: Conduct in-depth research on digital assets, gathering both basic and technical information to ensure every asset is accurately represented.

  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams—including indices and research—to classify assets, update data, and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

  • Database Management: Utilize our proprietary software to manage, update, and ensure the integrity of the asset database.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing data accuracy and completeness.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to rigorous data quality standards and protocols, keeping our asset information at the forefront of the market.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in data management, digital asset research, or a related field—preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets.

  • Experience working with data management systems and proprietary software tools.

  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and independently verify both technical and fundamental asset information.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.

  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable working in a distributed and dynamic organisation where priorities can change frequently.

Extra Points:

  • Familiarity with crypto market trends and emerging digital asset protocols.

  • Experience working within agile, iterative development environments.

  • Prior experience in a start-up or rapidly evolving industry is a plus.

  • Additional technical skills—such as proficiency in Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools—are advantageous.

  • Background in content management or digital publishing is a bonus.
