We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Product and Platform Enablement Analyst with a strong background in machine learning and statistical analysis. You will be part of our Marketing Effectiveness product team, which focuses on optimizing marketing strategies through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. In this role, you will support our product and platform teams by analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and customizing reports. You will work with professionals across the globe in a multicultural environment, gaining practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will also collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure issues are resolved in line with our SLA’s. 

Job Description

  • Assist in the monitoring, maintenance and streamlining of the user experience for our global product and platform systems. 
  • As masters of the system, you will provide first-level support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Analyze data and models using R and Python and troubleshooting coding issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. 
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical analytics skills. 
  • Drive adoption through the development of easy-to-use platform user guides and support documentation. 
  • Combine your technical skills and product expertise to inform GenAI capabilities to streamline the user process and friction points for a positive user experience. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Previous relevant work experience preferred. 
  • Solid knowledge of analytic programming languages (R and Python) and the respective machine learning/statistical modeling ecosystems. 
  • Solid knowledge of optimization and/or machine learning algorithms and/or deep learning algorithms. 
  • Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, software design principles and patterns, and testing strategies. 
  • Basic skills regarding working in (big) database environments (e.g., RDBMS, Spark, Hadoop). 
  • Solid skills with SQL. 
  • Solid skills concerning performance optimization and scalability (e.g., parallelization, code optimization, functions as a service). 
  • Solid statistical skills and knowledge of econometric techniques, including survey statistics, econometric modeling, observational causal inference, or experimental design. 
  • Basic understanding of Dockerization and Kubernetes/docker-compose. 
  • Solid skills in REST-API/GraphQL with the ability to deploy services.
