AI FW Team leader
We are seeking a passionate and experienced team leader to build an innovative product from scratch! This product aims to protect our customers AI-based assets against cyberattacks. In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of this groundbreaking product. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping one of Imperva's most exciting future solutions from its very start
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ~6 engineers (FS, FE and DevOps)
· Collaborate closely with Product Management, Research, DevOps, Support, and other teams
· Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies into the product
· Take ownership of your code, being the final line of support and troubleshooting in production environments when needed
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years' experience leading engineering teams of 3 or more engineers
· Minimum of 6 years of hands-on software development experience with SaaS products, in Python, Java, or a similar programming language
· Proven expertise in software design and architecture
· Proven experience in developing and maintaining cloud-native applications
· Familiarity with AWS - an advantage
· Experience with developing and releasing production code in a fast-paced CI/CD environment
· A collaborative team player with strong communication and self-learning abilities - a must!
· B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
