SAP Adoption Services Centre (ASC) offers comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, operations and upgrades, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer. Support employees explain the key methodology of Solution Support and how SAP engages in a holistic way, by understanding the end-to-end customer solution landscape, core business processes system landscape and process automation. The goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.

SAP BTP Delivery@Scale is a global offshore organization within the SAP Adoption Services Centre chartered to support and provide SAP Services in delivering valuable outcomes to our customers. We drive BTP adoption @scale with automated, innovative & outcome focused services leveraging our next gen workforce and ecosystem.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Learn and apply SAP BTP services including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, ABAP, integration services, Data Management, Cybersecurity, AI & Data science
  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using SAP BTP tools and frameworks.
  • Support senior consultants and project teams in solution development, configuration, and deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
  • Engage in continuous learning through hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, architects, and clients.

 

What you bring: (Required Skills & Qualifications)

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or BE/Btech/Mtech degree preferably Computer science, IT, Electricals, Electronics and instrumentation.
  • 0–1 years of experience in software development
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Programming fundamentals – understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, REST APIs, or web development is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn – actively seeks out new knowledge or skills
  • Flexibility and Adaptability – open to feedback, change, and new challenges

 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

 

  • Exposure to SAP systems or participation in SAP-related academic programs.
  • Understanding of database concepts (SQL, HANA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
