POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sr. visualization engineer - is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading the data modelling and visualization for Global SC Analytics solutions to improve performance and achieve the Supply Chain of the future vision.
It will be based in GBS – Pune organization & reports to the Supply Chain Advanced Analytics Portfolio Lead which is part of the AkzoNobel global IT deliver organization, which aims to use data-driven techniques and methodologies to uncover insights, support decision-making, and drive business strategies.
You will be partnering with Supply Chain COE teams, business teams to understand the supply chain needs, collaborate with the IT organization to develop analytical reports. You will also be responsible for delivering of the required solutions used for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics of entire Supply Chain.

Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data visualization, proven track record of designing and implementing high-quality, interactive dashboards and reports.
Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, D3.js, or similar data visualization platforms. Dax studio
Strong knowledge of data manipulation and transformation using SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices. Experiences with DAX studio.
Experience with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for custom visualizations is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with version control tools (Git).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile Environments: Comfortable working in Agile teams and managing priorities in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
