Marketing Operations Specialist

Description

Okoora is building the world’s fastest and smartest content-driven marketing engine — powered by AI, built on systems, and driven by execution. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Marketing Operations Lead to own the backend of that engine.

This is not a managerial role. It’s a get-things-done role. You’ll operate, automate, publish, track, and connect every moving part in our marketing stack.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate all marketing systems — including: HubSpot Marketing Hub, Zapier, StoryChief, Slack-based reporting, SharePoint-based content tracking
  • Manage content calendar and publishing workflows across teams
  • Track and log all content created (SEO, blog, social, internal, sales)
  • Coordinate distribution: website, LinkedIn, newsletter, PR
  • Build and manage marketing automations and campaigns in HubSpot
  • Generate weekly performance reports: what was created, published, and working
  • Support the content team by preparing and organizing all assets for publishing
  • Work directly with the CEO and Marketing Director to prioritize and ship fast

 

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or content publishing
  • Strong experience with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SharePoint, Slack, and project trackers
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and performance-driven
  • Fast learner — especially with new tools and platforms
  • Strong written English
  • Can work under pressure and with clear weekly goals

 Nice to Have

  • Experience with content automation or AI content platforms (e.g. GPT, Jasper, Surfer)
  • Experience working with SEO or marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with Canva or content formatting tools
