What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical models that solve real-world energy problems.
• Make true and mass-scale impact on people day to day life tacling one of the most critical utilities - electricity!
• Work closely with top of the line AI and machine learning technologies to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
• Explore and identify new data sources that can enhance our models and findings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our data science practices.

Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in standard supervised and unsupervised machine learning tools, with a strong proficiency in Python libraries.
• Experience with large language models, fine tuning and RAG is a (BIG) plus.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, DeltaTable, Snowflake is also a plus.
• A love for tackling complex analytical problems and a knack for finding insights that others might miss.
• Excellent communication skills to share your findings with both technical and non-technical audiences.
