Lead Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description SummaryThe Lead Business Intelligence Developer will lead development of Data & Analytics solutions for the US & Canada Service business. Pulling together disparate data sources, this individual will combine and engineer the various inputs into data-driven visual aids and meaningful insights regarding GEHC SLA performance and adherence, at various organizational levels. A key factor contributing to this position’s success will be establishing horizontal awareness of GEHC's Service Business, awareness of existing KPIs and metrics, and the ability to collaborate with teams around the globe to deliver impactful analytics.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for contributing towards development of analytical products with a high level of autonomy.

Leverage standard suite of platform and core module analytics & algorithms, software application capabilities, strong engineering & analytics backgrounds.


Engage key technical & subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business for knowledge capture into the solutions and lead cross-disciplinary teams on solving business problems using analytics, typically involving large data sets. These cross-disciplinary teams typically include data scientists, engineers, functional leaders from services, finance, marketing, risk and IT functions that come together to work on applying data and analytics to drive operational excellence in services.

Use data and analytics to drive visibility, insights and actions to facilitate decision making in Service Delivery functions, drive operational excellence, and enable customer-oriented Service offerings.


Act as thought leader for the use of data and analytics to drive critical business decisions, business strategy and able to serve as coach / mentor for data analysts on the team.


Lead program management, including operationalization of analytic methods and products in functional settings, and drive development of new methods and capabilities.


Ensure customer adoption & drive consumption of analytics, and maximize usage and use of analytics with customers. 


Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives 


Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization.
 

Ideal candidate would be open to hybrid work schedule (ex. 3 days in office, 2 days remote).
