Senior AI Engineer

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our "BF" AI team. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI application and translate them into tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Lead and execute complex AI projects, from problem definition and architecture design to model training, deployment, and evaluation.
Build and maintain robust and scalable AI infrastructure to support production-grade applications.
Implement best practices for data management, model development, and testing to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
Monitor and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and bias.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, product managers, engineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or a related role.
Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful AI solutions.
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Excellent programming skills in Python and other relevant languages (e.g., Java, C++).
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
