Applies specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees. 

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, and configuring operating systems and protocol suites for virtualized and containerized systems. You’ll resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across host, hypervisor, and guest nodes. You’ll load and configure cloud servers and vendors such as Cisco or Juniper, or white box routers and switches, and support the acquisition of hardware and software and subcontractor services. You’ll act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

 

On our team, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of software projects, our technical capabilities, and product design. Working on an agile team of experts, you’ll perform reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of various software problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. Qualifications

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience providing technical support for the engineering and testing of complex software and hardware systems in the communication field
  • Experience with Kubernetes and networking equipment, including Cisco or Juniper
  • Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker
  • Experience with Linux or OpenStack
  • Knowledge of networking services, and software-defined networking
  • TS/SCI clearance with a FSP
  • HS diploma or GED

 

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with Assembly
  • Knowledge of telecommunications
  • Bachelor's Degree 

 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph is required.
