What’s Encouraged Daily:

  • Work with Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Design Engineering to provide test guidance to improve product quality and yield along with outlining plans and priorities.
  • Provide ideas for new DFT and Architectures to support enhanced test capability to add in future quality, yield, and test time improvements.
  • Debugging and identifying root causes for failures using data, electrical, and physical analysis techniques. Also using these techniques to modify existing testing strategies to improve quality and enhance yield.
  • Facilitate test time improvements through flow and pattern optimization.
  • Develop flows to test Micron DRAM’s compatibility on modules with 3rd party active chips such as PMIC, RCD, and DB devices.
  • Act as an SME within product engineering for any issues involving module operation.
  • Collaboration with MDG, SCG, DFT, and TSE groups in order to differentiate module issues from system/DRAM issues and drive root cause analysis and test/validation coverage additions.

How To Qualify:

  • Strong technical foresight, with the ability to learn the technical details around module operation and provide valuable technical contributions.
  • Understanding of DRAM operation, signal integrity concepts, and ability to comprehend data sheets for non-DRAM active devices.
  • Experience with coding/programming skill ((Perl, Unix, Batch, Python, C/C++ etc.) in order to develop test code on Automated test Equipment(ATE), Dram Module testing techniques would be plus.
  • Experience with data mining and statistics .
  • BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Productive and efficient time usage thereby leading to more effective work.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Tight-knit collaboration skills.
