WORLD-CHECK Data Manager Role:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE: Data Manager within our Risk Intelligence Data Management & Governance team to support our World-Check data offering.
YOU AND YOUR TEAM: As the hiring manager for this role, I look after the Data Management & Governance function for the World-Check and EDD data assets within LSEG Risk Intelligence.

In this role you will be responsible for improving the value of World-Check data by:
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
In this role you will use a customer-centric approach to manage Data Enhancement requests, Data Governance and Data Quality. As a World-Check Data Manager, you will bring your attention to detail and knowledge of our data, research processes and guidelines to provide a second level of support for Data Quality assessments, testing and analytics. In addition, you will use your technical and analytical skills to query, manipulate, analyze and visualize data using PowerBI or similar BI capabilities to make sense of it. You will use your detail-oriented approach to find quality issues and provide metrics and insights that allow data driven prioritization decisions by Product.
Sound organizational and communication skills along with a collaborative mindset will be required to work cross-functionally, predominantly across Product, RCO and Data Governance. As a self-starter you will use your initiative, innovation and strong problem-solving skills to identify data risks, define and refine processes and controls to improve data quality and reliability. You will grow to understand the flow of World-Check data from its various sources, through editorial systems to our current and future products. With an inquisitive nature and interest in the field of Data Governance you will use strong stakeholder management skills as well as critical thinking to evaluate options, influence outcomes and drive recommendations that improve how World-Check data is managed. You will need to bring an open mind to learn new skills, build new relationships and focus to deliver on what is most important to our customers.
