The role of a Portfolio Associate is part of ServiceNow Impact, our newest product. ServiceNow Impact personalizes customers' digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerates customers’ time-to-value.
The Portfolio Associate position is a key position that supports the creation and maintenance of a portfolio of technical accelerators. The Impact technical accelerators help customers to unlock business value, accelerate ServiceNow product adoption, as well as stay current and healthy.
What you get to do:
Work closely with Senior and Principal Technical Portfolio Managers as well as other product experts to gain insights and knowledge of the ServiceNow Impact technical accelerators
Support the creation and maintenance of Impact technical accelerators including enablement materials, marketing collateral, descriptions, and workshop presentations
Coordinate and organize customer interviews with appropriate internal resources to document customer success stories
Organize and execute product research assignments with internal product partners to support the identification of new technical accelerators
Support the partnership with and enablement of global Technical Consultants who deliver technical accelerators to customers
Assist in development and maintain a technical accelerator product roadmap to meet team objectives
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and refresh of technical accelerator content (such as enablement materials, workshop presentations, overview decks, delivery decks) when new products and platform capabilities emerge
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Technical Accelerators at Scale (TAS) staff and Customer Outcomes members
To be successful in this role you have:
0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform or similar domain experience
Excellent project planning skills – you are a whiz with a spreadsheet and setting timelines
Creative thinker – quick to produce workable, prescriptive solution options
Strong written communication skills with an ability to write content that prompts specific actions
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally
Flexible, open to learning new things, and sharing thoughts on continuous improvement
Deadline driven, good under pressure in fast paced environment
An aptitude to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Ability to be flexible to work in an international, fast-growing environment
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and passion for cultural diversity
