Pix4D is looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our APAC sales team in Tokyo, Japan, on an one year fixed term contract (with a possibility of an extension after this period).
This role requires you to become an expert on our Pix4D products and provide technical support to customers and partners. You will be able to solve related issues with data acquisition, processing and post-processing. The ideal candidate has a background in geomatics/photogrammetry, excellent communication and people skills, as well an interest and desire to evolve in a fast-growing technology company.
