Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging large and diverse datasets from multiple sources.
Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management, creating compelling PowerPoint decks.
Data Governance: Implement and manage data governance policies to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.
Technical Skills Requirements:
Power BI Expertise: 5+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards, with proficiency in DAX and Power BI service administration.
Data Integration: Experience integrating data from various sources, including Databricks and Azure.
SQL and Coding Skills: Master-level skills in SQL and query languages, with bonus points for proficiency in R/Python.
Industry Experience: Must have proven experience in the Ecommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or retail industries.
Must Have Skills:
Coding and Presentation: Proficient in coding and creating compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and synthesize insights from complex data.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical jargon in plain English.
Global Collaboration: Experience working virtually with a global network of colleagues.
