We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, located in our office in Tel Aviv. This is a temporary role, for a period of 7-8 months.

As a Data Analyst on the Product Development PMO Team, you will drive meaningful action through a data-driven mindset and help us scale our analytics capabilities. You will not only build and maintain reports and dashboards across our development organization—you’ll also play a key role in improving our business intelligence infrastructure, introducing AI-driven insights, and automating manual reporting processes to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive meaningful action through a data-driven mindset and analytical storytelling. 

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and dashboards with operational metrics and KPIs in BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), leveraging data from sources like Jira, GitLab, Salesforce, and others. 

  • Lead automation of reporting flows, reducing manual maintenance and increasing efficiency and accuracy across analytics deliverables. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI or machine learning to deliver predictive insights or automate routine analysis. 

  • Drive initiatives to improve BI infrastructure, including data models, pipelines, and documentation, to support scalable analytics across the organization. 

  • Conduct data analysis projects to derive insights and actions that improve team velocity, operational excellence, goal achievement, and compliance. 

  • Identify and address data quality issues; promote best practices for data cleanliness and integrity. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs, set priorities, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Interpret, summarize, and present findings with actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience in data and business analytics. 

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI role. 

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio) and SQL. 

  • Proficient in Python, R, or other relevant scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, or AI/ML applications. 

  • Experience designing or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes is a strong plus. 

  • Familiarity with Jira and software development lifecycle is a plus. 

  • Ability to use data to identify trends, drive decisions, and persuasively recommend optimizations. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority. 

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
