Our project scope is tailored towards addressing the current challenges faced by the industry, but we also encourage students to bring their ideas to the table.
As a thesis student at Netadmin, you will join our Customer Care department and work closely with our team of specialists. You will take ownership of your project and join in on other projects and tasks within the team.
In this Master's Thesis project, you will delve into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in our Customer Care department. This project offers a unique opportunity to explore the possibilities of utilizing AI technology internally for support, enhancing security measures, leveraging existing documentation as a knowledge source, and implementing a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot.

The goal of this Master's Thesis project is to thoroughly investigate and develop an AI chatbot solution for Netadmin's Customer Care department. The project will explore various aspects of chatbot implementation, including its internal applications for support functions, enhancing overall security measures, utilizing current documentation as a valuable knowledge source, and developing a privacy sandbox beta version of the Netadmin Chat Bot.
Successful completion of this project will require in-depth research and analysis of existing AI chatbot platforms and technologies. You will work closely with our dedicated team, gaining practical experience in AI development and deployment while contributing to advancing customer service capabilities within our organization.
The purpose of this Master's Thesis project is to investigate and unlock the potential of AI technology in the context of Netadmin's Customer Care department. By developing an AI chatbot, we aim to enhance internal support processes, improve security measures, streamline access to information through existing documentation, and provide a beta version of a privacy sandbox environment for the Netadmin Chat Bot.
Ultimately, we strive to reduce the time required for our support team to handle routine inquiries and focus their expertise on more complex customer issues, leading to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for two students, with an educational background within the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science in Media Technology and Engineering, Bachelor's Programme in Programming or similar, to write their bachelor/master thesis regarding this project.
