We’re looking for a forward-thinking, highly technical Product Manager to join our Data & AI team. This is not your traditional product role—this is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of AI within our organization. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of intelligent systems, from traditional machine learning to next-generation agentic AI (e.g., autonomous agents, co-pilots, and decision-making bots).
As a key member of a cross-functional tiger team—including design, customer product management, data science, and data engineering—you’ll be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and driving the delivery of AI capabilities that solve complex problems for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI/data-powered products and services.
Build capabilities leveraging traditional ML, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to define and deliver scalable AI products.
Translate technical possibilities into business value—clearly and persuasively.
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate new developments into competitive product capabilities.
Own key success metrics such as data reliability, model performance, automation ROI, and time-to-value.
Drive responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and explainability in all deployed models.
Act as a thought partner on architecture, data governance, and intelligent automation strategies.
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in data/AI-intensive product roles or technical domains.
Deep knowledge of the AI/ML product development lifecycle—from ideation through model deployment and monitoring.
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), RAG techniques, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
Experience working with agentic AI systems or experimentation in multi-agent setups.
Proven ability to launch production-grade AI products at scale.
Comfort with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt), and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).
Strong business acumen and customer empathy; ability to ruthlessly prioritize based on impact.
Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for demystifying AI complexity to stakeholders across the org.
Background in data product management: pipelines, ingestion, modeling, governance, and APIs.
A product mindset—even if your background isn’t formally in product management.
