Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer in Data Analytics to support digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and sustainability projects. In this role, you will assist in building and optimizing data pipelines, developing insightful visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, process, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality by implementing validation checks, monitoring data integrity, and identifying inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into meaningful analyses and reports.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time insights and improve decision-making.
• Support on preparing and processing data and perform EDA for machine learning models and ensuring smooth integration into production systems.
• Identify efficiency improvement opportunities through data analysis and collaborate with business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
