The Opportunity:

Supply Chain Analytics are strategic partners that influence and support decisions for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. This is accomplished through the adoption of advanced analytical tools to create user-friendly reports, dashboards, and tools. High-quality analysis is delivered through diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Speed and efficiency are achieved through automation and streamlined metrics and analyses.

As the Associate Analytics Development Manager, you will lead the development, design, and generation of complex reports, dashboards, tools, and in-depth analyses. You will highlight key findings, uncover data-driven insights, and provide clear conclusions that answer the “so what?”—ultimately informing and influencing the Supply Chain community. You will also contribute to the development of standards and best practices.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage a team of developers.
  • Lead the development dashboards and reports using advanced tools following standards and best practices.
  • Analyze, report and present data driven solutions back to the organization to solve business problems and improve or redesign processes.
  • Spur and support the ongoing development of data reporting tools and self-service dashboards.
  • Partner with Data Science to build models to enhance forecasting capabilities.
  • Improve data quality and integrity.
  • Benchmarking, performance reports, trend analysis, activity targets and root cause analysis.
  • Use SQL queries to extract and interpret data.
  • Testing and documentation of data models.
  • Own the reporting/analytics/dashboarding for multiple regions with the perspective of creating with a Global perspective with regional drill down.
  • Manage relationships with Regional Leaders to ensure their analytics needs are being met.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years Data Analysis experience with the ability to develop reporting and visualization tools.
  • 2 years direct people management experience, goal setting, development, performance evaluations.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools/dashboard development (Tableau, Cognos, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent SQL skills. 
  • Experience with Python and/or R Studio
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Analysis
  • Experience supporting a team is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Proven experience leveraging data to inform business decisions to redesign & improve processes and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing and improving data quality.
  • Confidence in engaging and managing stakeholder interactions at all levels.
