Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

This position supports the Customer 360 program in customer data process documentation, optimization,quality assurance, and data analysis for Bridgestone West.

 

• Facilitates projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision.• Ensures the accuracy of information entered the system through testing and quality checks.• Produces process documentation to clearly map current state and proposed future state processes forcustomer data.• Plans data analysis efforts to identify region-speci(c requirements or gaps.• Intimate understanding of data, how it’s used, and mapped to marketing activation platforms.• Supports continuous improvement/automation activities.• Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existingproblems/procedures.• Informs and in0uences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Requisitos / Qualifications

Education, Experience AND Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or arelated field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 2 years and a master’s degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience documenting complex processes and experience using associated process documentationtools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts and technologies todiverse audiences.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to continual improvement.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform is desired.
  • Lenguage: English C1
