Job Description

Responsibilities:

Solutioning

Conversion of business requirements into technical requirements
Bring the holistic view to the product landscape aligned with the business & technology landscape.
Drive technical design discussions and decisions are made and documented
Breaking down Technical requirements into swim lanes (with respect to EPICs / Feature & mapping timelines )
- updated to the new technologies & market trends
Ensure delivery milestones are met as per the plan
- Bring optimistic milestone plan with respect to the outcomes from internal & external teams
  - Engage with epic owners about their solutions, challenge the solution with alternate ideas
- Manage the priorities of tasks with respect to time & capacity
Tech Feasibility Analysis ( Limitations, Alternate solution) & System design
Forecasting changes & mitigating risks in your product landscape due to changes in your partner ecosystem / vendors.
Ensure Functional & Non Functional requirements, coding standards, static analysis, unit testing, integration testing criteria is met.

Stakeholder Management:

Bringing the business case justifications with cluster leads when is an new approach / feature proposed from our side to convince the project stakeholders
Collaborate with other project teams to achieve the key results that impacts your product features / product sustenance
Prepare ADR ( Architecture Decision Records ) that enables justifications / better arguments when dealing with project stakeholders (Preparedness / anchoring to your decisions)
